We should all help each other, give each other advice what works best for u and what doesn't work etc. You can't function properly, you're extremely tired all day, you can't get anything done, your brain doesn't work anymore, your memory sucks so bad, you forget everything, your body hurts, you're stressed, depressed and tons of more negative effects. What's the point of living if you can't sleep? You're basically dead. Insomnia is a very common problem and maybe one of the worst diseases you can get in my opinion. There are tons of other subreddits that are very active and useful with tons of information and advice.
